The DL Series pressure washer features a straightforward design with excellent cost-effectiveness. It offers a pressure range from 90 bar to 270 bar and motor options from 2.2 kW to 7.5 kW.

The following product specifications are based on single-phase power at 220V/50Hz and three-phase power at 380V/50Hz.

For three-phase power, we can also customize options for 220V/60Hz, 400V/50Hz, 415V/50Hz, and 440V/50Hz. If you require different voltage frequencies, please feel free to contact us.

Regarding single-phase power, most customers in Asia, Africa, and Europe typically require 220-240V/50Hz. Similarly, many customers in the Americas need 110V/60Hz, where it’s crucial to pay attention to current specifications. It’s well-known that home pressure washers operate at a voltage frequency of 110-120V, but the actual motor power is only around 500W. Many sellers, however, may claim power ratings exceeding 1.5 kW.

In contrast, our commercial pressure washers use high-quality motors. For example, a 110V, 60Hz, single-phase 1.8 kW motor measures a current of approximately 20.4A or 20.6A, while a 2 kW motor shows around 26A. This can result in the machine exceeding the available supply current. As we understand, standard household electrical supply in the U.S. is 16A, with some exceptions allowing for 20A. Therefore, customers in the Americas should pay particular attention to voltage, frequency, and current specifications when purchasing electric pressure washers. ·For cleaning road surfaces or epoxy-coated floors, a 7.5 kW pressure washer is recommended.

·For descaling equipment in aluminum production, pressures of over 1000 bar are necessary.
